Location: Lucknow. Experience: 6 to 10 years.
About the role: Lead our manufacturing floor and make sure ESCs, motors and power boards are built on time, to specification and at consistent quality.
What you will do
- Plan and run daily production, assembly and dispatch against delivery schedules.
- Manage the production team, shift plans and workstation set-up.
- Work with the testing and design teams to set assembly procedures and quality checks.
- Track yield, rework and scrap, and bring them down.
- Coordinate with sourcing on material availability and with stores on stock.
- Keep production records, safety practice and ESD controls in place.
What we need
- 6 to 10 years in electronics or electro-mechanical manufacturing, with team-lead experience.
- Knowledge of PCB assembly, soldering, wire harnessing and motor winding or assembly.
- Experience with production planning, quality systems and process documentation.
- Degree or diploma in electronics, electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Clear communication and the ability to work with engineering teams.
Experience in drone, EV or power electronics manufacturing is a plus.
