Location: Lucknow. Experience: 2 to 4 years.
About the role: Source and follow up on the electronic components, raw materials and mechanical parts our products depend on, so production never waits for material.
What you will do
- Find and qualify suppliers for electronic components, magnets, bearings, copper, PCBs and mechanical parts.
- Request quotes, compare prices and lead times, and place purchase orders.
- Follow up with vendors to keep deliveries on schedule.
- Work with production and design teams on bills of materials and stock needs.
- Keep supplier records, price lists and purchase documents up to date.
- Handle import and logistics paperwork with freight and customs partners.
What we need
- 2 to 4 years in sourcing, purchasing or supply chain, ideally in electronics or manufacturing.
- Ability to read bills of materials and component datasheets at a basic level.
- Good negotiation, follow-up and spreadsheet skills.
- Degree or diploma in any technical or commerce stream.
Experience with distributors such as Digi-Key, Mouser or LCSC, and with import procedures, is a plus.
